I usually go for Mexican waiters

Liquid Graaaiiins....

WE MADE IT TO IRELAND FOLKS!!!! WOOOOO!!!!
'OME SWEET 'OME (at least outsite o' da Stats)!!!

Our first stop was to Blarney Castle so that Kacie and Sarah could get the gift of gab. There was one minor problem though....Kacie and Sara didn't realize the Blarney Stone was aaaaall the way at the top of the battlements. Needless to say they started to chicken out during the climb up one of the towers. Now to paint the picture properly, the tower corridor was very narrow...just wide enough for me to fit through...and the stairway was very steep...ie 3 steps went up to my chest....and each step was only about 4-6 inches deep.

Sarah jumped right in and decided to confront her fear and get it over with...like a bandaid...right off!!!

She successfully kissed the Blarney Stone.

Kacie on the other hand....in true leader fashion....let at least a dozen people go before her while she pumped herself up.

She did not kiss the Blarney Stone...oh she tried....but also in true leader fashion chickened out when the going got tough and kissed the stone....right above the Blarney Stone...because she "had gone down the hole far enough for [her] taste" and it was "close enough"..../golf clap...not everyone can be Irish...

After climbing back down the castle we hit the road and arrived here in Killarney. We then wandered around town and got some awesome Irish food and Guinness at a pub! It was at this pub where Sarah exclaimed the current headline as she was quite smitten with our waiter.

We all had awesome food. Courtney had the beef lasagna...which was cheesy awesome on a plate. Kacie had the Beef and Guinness Casserole which was beefy awesome on a plate. Sarah had the Sheppard's Pie which was Sheppardy awesome in a bowl. I had the Irish Stew which was stewy awesome in a bowl.

I love this country.

We then turned in for the night.
